Located at the north end of Gresham’s historic downtown and directly adjacent to the light rail station, our latest project merges modern living with the vibrant charm of the city’s past. Zoned Downtown Transit Midrise, this 5-story development will create (117) market-rate apartments ranging from studios to 1 and 2-bedrooms, including ground level units, retail, and substantial amenity. Gresham serves as the gateway from the Portland Metro area to Mount Hood and the Columbia Gorge. This development supports Level’s business strategy, taking advantage of its location in an Opportunity Zone and eligibility for Vertical Housing Development Zone (VHDZ) tax abatements—reflecting a commitment to long-term investment. This project is also utilizing SDC deferrals with the City of Gresham.

Located in Wilsonville’s planned Town Center, this project will set a precedent for the holistic vision of the new Town Center zoning. The five-story project includes (114) multifamily apartment units with retail, amenity and unique street level lofts. Wilsonville is located in the Portland Metro area along the I-5 corridor and Willamette River. Similar to Cedarline, this project is consistent with Level’s long-term investment approach, leveraging its location in an Opportunity Zone and VHDZ abatement incentives.
